We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer (HubSpot and Inbound Certified) to own the majority of the marketing funnel to grow the business quarter over quarter. This role will handle account management, attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers through exceptional content creation and inbound strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to assets (including blog posts, white papers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Write, edit, and post an engaging, optimized blog post 2-5 times a week
  • Conduct keyword research to identify ranking opportunities
  • Design an image to accompany each blog post
  • Create customized social media posts to promote blog
  • Regularly post relevant and engaging separate social media posts to keep your audience entertained and position yourself as an industry leader
  • Run campaigns (email, social media, etc.) to guide prospects down the buyer’s journey
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Establish relationships with publications and guest blog on their sites to increase your reach
  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Send out at least one email a week to remain top-of-mind and create personalized workflows and email nurture lists
  • Send out a monthly newsletter
  • Create personalized automated follow-up/workflow emails that will be sent out each time someone downloads a new offer
  • Reach out to engaged prospects on your social media platforms to foster relationships (i.e. follow or retweet prospects)
  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers
  • Analyze data to detect new opportunities
  • Consult the executive team on inbound marketing tactics and bring new ideas to the table (based on industry knowledge and data)
  • Develop strategies to grow the business
  • Proactively network on and offline to build relationships and grow business

 Requirements:

  • Need to have HEART: Humble, Effective, Adaptable, Remarkable, and Transparent
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a related field
  • Exceptional research and communication (verbal & written) skills
  • A numbers person (for analytics)
  • Some (4+ years) experience in customer service or account management
  • A motivated self-starter; hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how you’ve achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Hyper-organized
  • Close attention to detail
  • Tons of energy, passion, a sense of humor, and enthusiasm
  • HubSpot and Inbound Certified
  • Must know InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint
  • Bonus Skills: HTML/CSS
